There were 1510 complaints in 2019

Reporting from CNBC, according to the State Consumer Protection Agency (BPKPN), in 2019 there were 1510 complaints.  This figure is higher than in 2018 which only reached 580.

Potential losses from 1510 amounted to 3.35 Trillion (not including potential losses by Jiwasraya and Bumiputera which, when combined, could reach 40-50 T).  So much, huh ?!

Further explained, it turns out that 90% of complaints came from the residential property sector of 1370 complaints, followed by financial services 76, e-commerce 12, electricity and household gas 9.

By the way, there are the most complaints in the residential property sector, are you sure you are familiar with advertisements or the lure of sharia houses?  Yes, most complaints come from the case.  The trick is to post pictures of the construction of houses, but by the second year onwards there is no clarity.  Sadly the customer has overdone the money transfer.  To be clear, you can search from the news from various sources.

Suggestions for property marketing, you should not be too innocent in collaboration with agents or developers at random.  And for customers to be more careful.  Come down to the field and make sure the land certificate file is in your hands.
